Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WICK platform and its automated trading services.

1. Service Description

WICK is automated trading software that connects to your brokerage account via API keys to execute trades on your behalf. WICK is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a valid account with a supported broker (Alpaca, Robinhood, Coinbase, or Polymarket).
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Risk Disclosure

• Trading crypto, stocks, options, and prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Only trade money you can afford to lose.
• Paper trading uses simulated funds and carries no financial risk.

4. Non-Custodial Design

WICK never holds, stores, or has the ability to withdraw your funds. All trades execute through your own brokerage account via scoped API keys that are limited to trade execution only. You retain full custody of your assets at all times.

5. API Key Security

• API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Keys are scoped to trade execution only — no withdrawal permissions.
• You can revoke access at any time by deleting the API key from your broker's settings.

6. Fuel Credits & Fees

• Paper trading is free.
• Live trading requires fuel credits.
• Performance fees are charged only on profitable live trades, using a high-water mark system.
• Fee tiers range from 7% to 20% depending on your fuel balance.
• Fuel credits are non-refundable once used.

7. No Guarantees

WICK makes no guarantees about trading performance, uptime, or availability. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

WICK shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, technical failures, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Your use of WICK is at your own risk.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. WICK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

WICK may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
